The hotel, enabled in the new cloister of the 17th century, right next to the old cloister, can accommodate up to 140 guests in its 62 rooms, which nowadays occupy what were the monks cells in ancient times. It also offers an outdoor pool in the summer, restaurants, several lounges just to relax, bars and beautiful halls were you may celebrate any kind of meeting or party. Additionally and within its walls, you can also enjoy the amazing Spa. In the surroundings, you will find large and stunning landscaped and forested spaces, with promenades and resting areas and of course, parking lots.
Located in “Plaza San Martín” (Saint Martin Square), in what used to be the old courtyard of the new cloister of the monastery. Its floor was recently restored but its charm and ancient spirit remain intact.
On the second floor of the hotel we find the ancient library of the monks, today used as a secondary dining room and also as a beautiful meeting room.
At the entrance of the hotel we find a magnificent Renaissance staircase. An architectonic jewel, built in the 16th century following a design based on cross sections, with low steps and wrought iron railing.
All Monasterio de Piedra Hotel rooms offer views to the Historic Garden Park, the Cloister, or to the Hotel Monument entrance. Decorated in a regional style, they all have a minibar, safe and private bathroom. Some rooms include a terrace overlooking the Historic Garden Park.
